PROPERTY REQUIRMENTS

We are always on the look out for properties and work closely with both our in-house team and external Property sourcers. We are cash buyers and are on the lookout for assets nationwide. If you are a property sourcer, introducer, agent or packager and have properties meeting the criteria below get in touch via info@brightcareinvestments.co.uk

 

• HMOs (need to meet HMO standards, a HMO license is not essential)

• Portfolio of Houses

• Blocks of Flats

• Hostels for Homelessness (With requisite planning permission)

• Studio Apartments

• Tenanted properties leased to local authorities, Clinical Commissioning Groups or other public sector tenants

• Section 106 schemes

• Small Care Homes up to 15 units (in main cities only)

 

We consider all our sourcing partners to be valuable contributors to making the meaningful difference we do. Please note that unless expressly agreed to in writing no referral, sourcing fees etc. will be payable by BCI.
